Opportunity

Although the current web site has performed well, it has outlasted the organization’s objectives. Sure Power wants to redesign its existing site with a new information architecture, new design, and integrate a more browser-friendly technology. To best fulfill Sure Power’s objectives, Swipht recommends the adoption of a robust technical solution and custom developed CMS. This new approach will include a complete technology overhaul which will be more cost effective in the long run and will best maximize Sure Power’s return on investment.

Solution

The overall goal of the redesign is to create a content-driven website that promotes partnerships and relationships through various elements and features. The website will convey the qualities of “high class,” “best in industry,” and “global market” to the user. Custom applications like Sales Order Entry and online ordering as well as interfacing with external systems like Return Materials Authorization will also be explored.

The project is expected to kick-off in January 2008
